The Talent search scholarship and admission test

Talent Search Scholarship and Admission Test (TSSAT) is a national-level initiative designed to identify, support, and uplift talented students from across India—especially those from economically weaker backgrounds. Through TSSAT, we conduct online entrance exams throughout the year for students who have passed Class 10 or 12, as well as those currently enrolled in any of our 10+ associated institutions.

    VISION

    Dr.Bs Tomar’s vision is rooted in the belief that every talented and deserving student deserves an opportunity to succeed. Through TSSAT, his mission is to identify raw talent, provide them with the right skills and training, and empower them to become successful, responsible citizens of India.

    TSSAT is not just an exam—it is a gateway to opportunity, excellence, and a brighter future for thousands of youth across the nation.

    MISSION

    Our mission is to provide access to quality technical and skill-based education by offering admission in ITI, Polytechnic, and B.Tech programs at minimal fees, along with scholarships for meritorious students. We aim to ensure that financial limitations do not become a barrier to achieving educational and career goals in the skill and technical sectors.

    ABOUT THE FOUNDER

  • Dr. B. S. Tomar (M.Sc., M.Phil. Ph. D) founded the TSSAT for the empowerment of the deprived and ignored sections of the society. Dr. Tomar is involved in a number of social services related initiatives in the region. of the deprived Presently he is chairman of the 7 ITI which run under the aegis of TSSAT. He follows the quotes as – “ Whosoever comes to me, through what so ever from, I reach him. All men are struggling through paths which in the end lead to me”.-Bhagavad Gita.
  • Dr. bs Tomar is the Chairman, Federation of All India I.T.I. Associations. He is also the Founder President of the U.P Private I.T.I. Management Association.

    TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT

  • The Chairman, Dr. B. S. Tomar, leads top level managing officials from the IIM and ITIs comprising the CEO.
  • IIM and ITIs comprising the CEO-Mr. Abhishek Tomar (IIM Lucknow)
  • All ITIs of the TSSAT Group are effectively being co-ordinated and managed by the think tank.

Dear Students,

Over the past five years, TSSAT has successfully helped over 5,000 students secure admission to top-rated ITIs and Polytechnic colleges through our examination system. These exams are proudly conducted by the BST Foundation, under the leadership of Dr. B.S. Tomar, the Chairman of the Federation of All India ITI Association and the Chairman of a Group of Educational Institutions.

    INFRASTRUCTURAL SUPPORT

  • Large lectures halls fully equipped with contemporary education tools such as overhead/ LCD projectors, white boards with markers, etc. A state-of-art computer center provides excellent connectivity to bring the students to the global platform and absorb the latest technologies. Each department has its own specialized lab facilities, a platform to experiment with the theoretical concepts.
  • The main workshop encompassing carpentry, sheet metal, forging, electrical, welding and fitting shops help the students with technical projects and competitions. All labs are also well-equipped with working models, prototypes, cut sections, etc. for better understanding of students.
